Stantoons 1: Vonda Sorrel - Eric Stanton's Classic Fetish Spy Adventure Restored Edition with Centerfold
In the decadent shadows of Anaz, capital of the corrupt kingdom of Sandorma, lies the infamous Theatre of Pain - a velvet-lined den of extreme fetish torment where the wealthy and depraved pay handsomely to witness (and sometimes join) the most theatrical and merciless acts of bondage and discipline ever drawn. When curvaceous secret agent Vonda Sorrel infiltrates this notorious club on a high-stakes mission to extract a vital coded message from British operative "Cicatrice," she assumes the provocative identity of a cigarette girl. Stripping into the skimpy, high-heeled uniform that leaves almost nothing to the imagination, Vonda navigates a world of suspended and gagged captives dancing to the crack of the whip, towering dominatrices who turn pain into spectacle, public acts of domination, and the ever-watchful club owner Cane Meister observing everything from behind his one-way mirror.
What follows is Eric Stanton at his peak Stantoons creative phase, creating, printing, and fulfilling mail orders on his own terms: breathtakingly detailed illustrations of voluptuous women in stringent bondage, dramatic suspensions, towering boots and heels, revealing fetish attire, and ritualized sadomasochistic scenes of theatrical intensity that still leave readers breathless decades later.
Originally issued as the debut of his self-published Stantoons series, this is Stanton at his most thrilling and independent. This Erosetti Press Restored Edition features all original illustrations from both "Vonda Sorrel" and the short "Pin-Down Interrogation," printed on premium archival paper with a glossy collectible cover and a special sneak-peek centerfold. The edition also includes a new introduction exploring the history of the Stantoons series.
