BOUNDIGO SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Boundigo Corporation ("Boundigo," "we," "us") through boundigo.com. It is incorporated into the Boundigo Terms of Service.

1. Shipping Regions

Boundigo ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time. During peak periods, processing may take up to 1 additional business day; any extended delay will be communicated by email.

3. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Transit times are carrier estimates measured from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. Media Mail is available for eligible media items only; carrier restrictions apply.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on method, weight, and destination. Orders of $60 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free Economy shipping. If a return reduces the retained order value below $60, the standard Economy shipping cost for the original order may be deducted from the refund.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect carrier scans. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages; each shipment receives its own tracking number, and you are charged only the shipping quoted at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to Boundigo as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded for the item price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing; contact hello@boundigo.com immediately if a correction is needed.

7. Risk of Loss

Consistent with the Terms of Service, risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Boundigo will assist with carrier claims and will resolve orders confirmed lost in transit as described in Section 8.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, or your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact hello@boundigo.com. Boundigo will open a carrier investigation and, for shipments confirmed lost, ship a replacement or issue a full refund, consistent with Section 9 of the Return and Refund Policy. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, notify Boundigo within 7 days of the marked delivery date; verify the address, check with household members and neighbors, and allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early.

9. Damaged in Transit

Items damaged in transit are handled under Section 7 of the Return and Refund Policy: contact hello@boundigo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Boundigo pays return shipping and will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
